I can’t take any credit score for this unbelievable recipe. That is my mama’s unimaginable inexperienced goddess dressing, which I’ve cherished since I used to be slightly lady. I served it as dip with a veggie platter at my Depraved Ball.
This recipe couldn’t be simpler to make and it stays inexperienced for days and it makes fairly a big amount of dressing so get able to nosh all week lengthy.
For my pink and inexperienced Depraved veggie platter, I served Elphaba Dip alongside beet hummus with radishes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, celery, sugar snap peas, bell pepper, pita chips, and a few edible flowers from my backyard.
Elphaba Dip
2 avocados, pitted
8 oz plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
Sprint Tabasco
For serving: assorted veggies, pita chips, and so on
- Mix elements in blender and purée till easy. Retailer, coated, in fridge till able to serve.
- Serve with veggies, pita chips, and so on.
