Pepper

1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup goat cheese (2 oz)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 levels. Trim Brussels sprouts ends and slice in half. Gently toss with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Roast on a jelly roll sheet for 25 minutes.
  2. Drizzle maple syrup over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Roast for an additional 5-10 minutes till achieved to your liking.
  3. Switch to a serving dish and toss with dried cranberries adn goat cheese.
