Mini Quiches
2 pie crusts
4 giant eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Ham filling: 1/2 cup diced ham, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1 Tbsp Italian parsley
Vegetarian filling: 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1 diced Roma tomato, 1/3 cup feta
- Preheat oven to 375 levels Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, stir collectively diced ham, cheddar cheese, and parsley. In one other small bowl, stir collectively chopped spinach, diced Roma tomato, and feta cheese.
